The monograph outlines modern ideas about the planning and implementation of technological preparation tasks of layer-by-layer construction processes for additive manufacturing equipment. The issues of determining the complexity of 3D product models and choosing an additive method are considered.
The efficiency of layer-by-layer construction processes was evaluated with the example of complex products for the problems of structural decomposition of the product, its orientation and location in the working space of the additive installation with subsequent adaptive layer-by-layer dissection.
